A Bolivian-registered small plane carrying 140 kilos of cocaine crashed in the Salta city of Rosario de la Frontera, and two people were detained. The incident occurred this Tuesday at the height of the locality of Antillas, where the aircraft fell and impacted a grassy area, according to local media. The Attorney General Eduardo Villalba confirmed in the last few hours that the arrest of two involved parties was carried out, who are now at the disposal of the Justice. The judicial official stated that after the crash, an intentional fire was registered, which caused damage to a car, while the aircraft was also destroyed. Personnel from the National Gendarmerie, local Police, and officers of the Airport Security Police (PSA) were supervising the scene with the objective of collecting material of interest for the investigation.
